Can I combine this offer with other promotions?
This Datalok offer can be combined with rates negotiated directly with the datacenter, but cannot be stacked with other Datalok promotions. You can therefore benefit from our €1,000 discount on top of any pricing terms you negotiate with your datacenter.
What happens if I cancel my contract before 1 year?
The offer requires a minimum 1-year commitment with the datacenter. In the event of cancellation before this minimum period, Datalok reserves the right to request reimbursement of the discount granted. This commitment is tied directly to your contract with the partner datacenter.
How do I know if a datacenter participates in the offer?
All datacenters listed on our marketplace are eligible for this promotion.
Does the discount apply to setup fees?
Yes, the €1,000 discount applies to the total amount of your first invoice, including any setup, commissioning or other fees billed in the first month. If your first invoice is below €1,000, we cover the full amount.
Who is eligible for this offer?
This offer is reserved for companies with a French SIRET number. It is limited to one use per company. Individuals are not eligible, as this promotion is dedicated to professional datacenter hosting needs.
When must I submit my quote request to be eligible?
To be eligible, your quote request must be submitted via the Datalok platform between March 26 and April 30, 2026 inclusive. The contract with the datacenter may be signed after this date, but the quote request date is what determines eligibility.
Is there any commitment to Datalok?
No, this offer involves no commitment to Datalok. You sign your contract directly with the datacenter of your choice and remain entirely free in your hosting decisions. Datalok acts solely as a facilitator by covering part of your first invoice.
Which types of datacenter space are eligible?
All types of colocation space are eligible: individual cabinets, full racks, dedicated server rooms, or entire datacenters. The offer applies regardless of project size, as long as you go through a participating partner datacenter.
